Personal development 9: Timeline review

The original time line for this project was kept generally vague due in part to being created in a pre production phase before any roles and exact tasks were assigned.

This original timeline allowed for a couple of weeks for each task and was meant to be flexible in the fact that tasks could be shorten or extended depending on the tasks requirements.

This timeline was flawed due to the fact that it wasn't very specific on tasks being completed and doesn't accurately reflect what has been going on and changes to teams.

this updated timeline is a more accurate representation of how the project has been going and has been left the same in some ares due to the change in teams in the second week. despite changes in teams the original time plan is still being met with an adjustment to how the original schedule was due to issues in production of prototypes however this has meant the project is running on time.

My overall time spent has been going according to plan as i was aiming to spend a few hours on Mondays and Wednesdays as a minimum which i have been keeping to with additional time spent here and there on other days.
