Personal development: Time management review

During this project i have found that my time management and workflow whilst it has been good in this project can still be improved.

The main good points of my planning, time management and workflow of this project are that i have been clearly able to complete and set reasonable tasks and to be done in a set time. the hacknplan of all my tasks needed for the solo game project was a great example of that as tasks were always completed and set to be done within a week and were all done in the few hours or so i set a side each week for them.

However the early planning, time management and workflow was very different with a very basic timeline for tasks to be completed by being set and this being mostly due to not knowing what tasks i had to complete before getting them. however the simplicity of the time management gannt chart allowed for enough flexibility and the amount of time spent each week made the tasks easily completed.

Overall i think when long term goals are known better the time management and planning becomes better but the workflow is fairly consistent the entire time of this project.
